Make Windows 95 have high color icons this is normal windows 95
go to start then run type in regedit then go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER then Control Panel then desktop and then Windows Metrics add a string value
Call it Shell Icon BPP
Set Shell Icon BPP to 16 now restart
after restart some of your icons will be converted
